This is our home for you to enjoy and respect. We totally respect our guests’ privacy as much as we value ours.
Strictly no smoking inside the house. Charges will apply if this is not adhered to. Smoking is allowed outside.
Six people only, if there are more people you will be asked to vacate, you will lose your bond and have no reclaim to your accommodation costs.
Noise is to be kept to a minimum after 10pm. We are located in a popular area. 426 the owners use as their holiday home and they also do Air B and B. 430 the owners use themselves as a their holiday home.
If you have noise issues with neighbours please advise us. If you wish to have visitors come during the day you must give us the courtesy of notifying us.
Please notify us if you find something is not working or broken so we can arrange repairs as soon as possible.
Please ensure all TV, Air Con and fan remotes are not removed from the house, a charge will apply if any are missing.
Any damage or items missing from the house will incur a fee.
No responsibility is taken for guests’ personal property left on the premises.
The entry path may be a bit uneven and there are stairs inside and outside to be mindful of. We do not take responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, delay or any additional expenses caused.
Please do not enter the two side gates on the left hand side of the house marked PRIVATE as our dog Billie resides there. She is very quick and she may get out.
COVID you will need to check in on the QR Code located at the front door. It will be a contact free check in. Please observe all Public Health orders whilst at the property. All adults must be fully vaccinated and have proof of their certificates on hand whilst staying here.
