About this space
This is a very popular beachfront house located on the quieter end of Elizabeth Drive Vincentia. The property backs onto a nature reserve which is home to lots of birds, kangaroos, and the occasional echidna. Nelson’s Oasis is ideal for couples, families, and groups up to six people. Nelson Beach is a spectacular beach and it is a two minute walk. Enjoy the stunning location and immerse yourself in all that Jervis Bay has to offer.
The space
Nelson’s Oasis is an open plan home boasting a large living area that flows into an outdoor entertaining area equipped with a large gas bbq and firepit. Inside the spacious kitchen and dining area provides plenty of prep space and a large cooktop and oven.
Bedroom 2 single beds can be converted to configure as a king bed if requested.
The Studio/Bedroom 3 is an additional cost of $100 per person per night this includes cleaning fee. It is fully self contained and is accessed through its own courtyard. Includes air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, queen bed as well as a bathroom with a large bath tub and a fully equipped kitchenette. Ideal as a parent’s retreat.
If using portable cot please bring linen for it.
The backyard flows onto a quiet nature reserve with the beach a two minute walk.
Guest access
Guests can access the house by walking down the right-side of the house until they reach the front wooden door. The studio can be accessed through the laundry or by walking down the left-hand side of the house and passing through the gate. Parking is in the driveway. Owners have an apartment fully separate from guests and there are no shared facilities with this Residence.
Other things to note
Please let us know if something isn’t working so we can attend to it as soon as possible. Nelson Beach is a very beautiful pristine beach to be enjoyed. I suggest you bring an umbrella or shade house as there is not much shade on this end of the beach. We have local information and a list of restaurants for you to peruse. Our dog Billie resides in a gated area within the private residence.
